The Venice 2 brings Sony’s flagship cinema camera up to date with an 8.6K full-frame sensor with 16 stops of dynamic range and dual base sensitivities of 800 ISO and 3200 ISO. Internal AXSM card slots reduce the camera’s footprint when recording either the high-quality X-OCN format or ProRes. Top-tier features from the original Venice – including its accurate, pleasing color science and 8-stop ND filter system – are carried over into the Venice 2.

With the addition of the Rialto Extension System 2 separates the sensor block and lens from the body of the camera, greatly increasing your mobility without any lessening of the full-frame image quality. Ideal for handheld and gimbal use and jib, crane, and car rigs, this compact and lightweight system also enables you to capture shots from tight spaces that were previously inaccessible.

The Sony FX9 marks a significant step up from previous cameras in its class, featuring a 6K full-frame sensor that enables 4K recording in both full frame and Super 35 modes. Dual ISOs of 800 and 4000, along with an infinitely variable electronic internal ND filter, makes the FX9 adaptable to almost any filming situation.

Sony’s FX6 occupies a sweet spot in their Cinema Line: dual sensitivities of 800 ISO and 12800 ISO in SLog3, frame rates up to 120fps in UHD 4K 10-bit 4:2:2, infinitely variable ND from 2 to 7 stops, timecode, 12G-SDI video out – all in an affordable, compact camera body.

The Ronin 4D 4-Axis Cinema Camera 8K from DJI combines imaging, stabilization, and focusing in a lightweight, uniquely flexible gimbal/camera rig. With support for up to 8K60 17:9 video in Apple ProRes RAW, and 8K30 17:9 and 8K75 2.39:1 in ProRes 422 HQ, the X9-8K offers the higher imaging standards required for visual effects, cine-style capture, and broadcasting while reducing your setup time with its all-in-one combination design.

The C300 Mark III features a true 4K Super 35 sensor with dual-gain architecture for maximum dynamic range, with dual processors for up to 120 fps in 4K. The all-new scalable 12-bit Cinema RAW Light LT, ST and HQ internal recording options have been added to this workhorse camera.

Canon’s C70 uses the same sensor and processors as the C300 Mk III, making it a perfect B camera for run and gun or gimbal use. With 12-bit RAW Recording, 4K 120P Slow Motion, High Dynamic Range and Eye AF in a compact body, it takes the RF System into a brand-new era.

The incredibly popular Alexa Mini, made bigger and better. The same proven, best-in-class Alexa sensor has been expanded to a full-frame class imager, while keeping a similar profile to the Alexa Mini.

As of firmware version 7.1, the Mini LF can record from both the full frame area as well as a Super 35 window, maintaining compatibility with classic and vintage cinema lenses.

The Panasonic Varicam 35 is the original dual ISO camera, featuring both 800 ISO and 5000 ISO ratings with practically identical dynamic range, recording in true 4K at up to 120 fps. The Varicam LT packs the same excellent sensor and almost all the same features into a more compact body.

EVA1 features Panasonic’s high-end 5.7 K Super 35 mm sensor to achieve 4K/10-bit 4:2:2 images from an extremely compact body. With a wide 14-stop dynamic range, V-Log gamma, and wide-color-gamut V-Gamut colorimetry inherited from the VariCam Series, images are infused with the cinematic VariCam Look. Dual native 800/2500 ISO offers impressive sensitivity with low noise, while high-frame-rate recordings at 4K/60 fps and 2K/240 fps beckon with new creative possibilities, as does the IR (infrared ray) cut-filter ON/OFF mechanism for surreal IR footage in Cinematography mode.
